Electrical Plugs Worldwide All Of A Sudden 3 Out Of My 4 Electrical Plugs In My Room Have Stopped Working..?

All of a sudden 3 out of my 4 electrical plugs in my room have stopped working..? - electrical plugs worldwide

I had a steamer and a food is rice cooker and a kettle.

but with the rice cooker and water heater associated still works.

What happened to the others?

How do I solve this problem?

(Incidentally, I tried turning off the switch and circuit breaker box in rthe, but can still work. Only one out of four)
